There are over 10,000 fruit a tree on Kankanba. Because there are over 15 varieties, some will flower throughout the year. This makes Kankanba an ideal place for beekeeping.

We are engaged in all-year-apiculture. 75 colonized Kenyan-improved bee hives are installed in an ecologically well adapted environment. A multitude of varieties of flowers are available to our health and busy bees: mangoes, cashew, oranges, malina, eucalyptus, peanuts, beans and a large variety of annual weeds and other perennials.
